FW APPAREL is a small online shop for women’s clothing: dresses, knitwear and jackets.
Each product page shows the colours and sizes you can choose. Questions about the fabric or the size of a piece? Ask us before you order.
Delivery to mainland UK is free on every order, and you have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. If something isn’t quite right, simply write to us.

How long does delivery take?
Your order is usually with you within 5–13 working days of placing it: our supplier usually takes 1–4 working days to prepare it, and delivery then usually takes 4–9 working days. Delivery to England, Scotland and Wales is free on every order.
Where is my order sent from?
We work with a supplier in China, who prepares each order and sends it straight to your door. In the UK, your parcel is delivered by Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or another recognised carrier. When your order has been sent, we email you a tracking number where one is available.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Returns go to our address in the Netherlands, and you pay the return postage unless an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Our returns policy explains each step.
How do I find my size?
Letter sizes vary between brands, so our sizes may not match the ones you usually wear. Our size guide shows how to measure yourself. If you’re not sure, ask us before you order.
How can I pay?
You pay securely through our Shopify checkout. The payment methods you can use are shown when you check out.
